The Lun-class ekranoplan (also called Project 903, NATO reporting name: Utka) is a ground effect vehicle (GEV) designed by Rostislav Alexeyev in 1975 and used by the Soviet and Russian navies from 1987 until sometime in the late 1990s. It flew using the lift generated by the ground effect of its large wings when within about four metres (13 ft) above the surface of the water. For this photo I thank Alexey P.

That's no sunspot, it's the International Space Station (ISS). The ISS was approximately 291 miles (469 km) away from my position, traveling at 17,150mph (28,000kmph). The Sun transit took about half a second. When this was taken there were four NASA astronauts, one JAXA astronaut and two Roscosmos cosmonauts onboard. Shot with a NIKKOR 200-500mm f/5.6E ED VR lens with a TC-14E II (1.4x) teleconverter and a black polymer solar filter.

Airport overview taken from the top floor of the airport hotel that is located at the center of the terminals.
